thoughtful touch alpine charm modern style wrong station long check-in free service
the staff picked us up from the train station. the hotel design blends modern style with alpine charm. a staff member drove us to the hotel. it was a thoughtful touch.
the check-in process was long, collecting much information. the hotel offers a free shuttle service. reception desk had sent the driver to the wrong train station, so we waited. the response received was 'well, it's a free service'.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool included a steam room (a great feature). Breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit everyone. the food tasted fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the free mini bar, a bonus.
The hotel room lighting was not very bright, it was difficult to read sometimes.

The spa included a jacuzzi and various saunas. An indoor pool and a steam room enhanced the wellness experience. The hotel provided underground parking.

really good stay!

fresh omelets complimentary minibar renovated spaces friendly staff
I found the breakfast selection particularly wonderful. The chef prepared fresh omelets. the room was clean, spacious, and included a complimentary minibar. i was also impressed by the design of the building. All spaces seemed recently renovated. the staff were very polite and friendly. it seemed like heaven.
i thought the pool access policy could be clearer, as pool use is restricted to guests aged 16 and over, information i found lacking before my arrival.

The hotel enjoys easy access to the station, gondolas, and slopes. i discovered a short walk to the main street. Shops and restaurants are located there. the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area.

The reception staff displayed kindness and helpfulness at all times. i found the staff attentive in the restaurant and spa. the level of english spoken was excellent throughout the hotel. I had no communication issues.

The breakfast buffet offered plentiful choices, and the staff provided amazing service. breakfast was included. It was the best i have ever experienced. i especially liked the healthy and well-made options. The food was AMAZING!!!
